School of Visual Arts graduating class showcases work

Graduating students from ÎçÒ¹av’s School of Visual Arts will hold a showcase of their work at Confederation Centre of the Arts starting April 16 and running through to May 9.

The showcase is always a highlight of the program, and gives students in the Fundamental Arts, Graphic Design, Photography and Digital Imaging, and Video Game Art and Animation programs an opportunity to show the public the skills they have worked hard to develop.

“Many of our students undergo a creative transformation while they are with us,” said April Condon, an instructor in the Graphic Design program. “Students are here developing skills and growing as individual artist and creative professionals. They are taking their natural abilities and honing them, learning their craft and how to use their art to express themselves and be great visual communicators. This exhibition, entitled Make Me, explores that journey.”
