Rental accommodation in Charlottetown is in high demand. If you are studying at either the Tourism and Culinary Centre at 4 Sydney Street or the Prince of Wales Campus at 140 Weymouth Street, you may have to look outside the downtown area. Transit information is provided below to help you plan your commute to/from campus.
It's very easy to get around Charlottetown. Almost all buses start or stop at the Confederation Centre/Holman Grand Hotel on Grafton Street, a 10-minute walk to the Prince of Wales Campus if you head east, and the Tourism and Culinary Centre if you head west. T-3 routes 2 and 3 stop at the Prince of Wales Campus and if you hop off at the Rochford Street stop, the Tourism and Culinary Centre is less than a five-minute walk away.
Bus fares are $2 for each trip, with a discounted monthly pass available for purchase at a number of locations, including the Samuel’s Campus Store, Prince of Wales Campus.
