Proven experience as a Sous Chef or in a similar role. • Strong understanding of seafood preparation and cooking techniques. • Excellent leadership and organizational skills. • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks. • Commitment to quality, innovation, and customer satisfaction. • Culinary degree or equivalent experience is a plus. |
