Job Description

Assist the Head Chef in planning and preparing high-quality meals. Oversee kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and plating. Maintain inventory and ensure proper storage of ingredients. Supervise kitchen staff, ensuring consistency and efficiency. Ensure cleanliness and compliance with health and safety standards. Collaborate on menu development, including daily specials. Step into the Head Chef’s role during their absence.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Sous Chef or in a similar role. • Strong understanding of seafood preparation and cooking techniques. • Excellent leadership and organizational skills. • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks. • Commitment to quality, innovation, and customer satisfaction. • Culinary degree or equivalent experience is a plus.
